Connection to your own experience often gets overlooked, given the complexities of modern life. You're probably busy doing things, or at least feeling like you should be doing. When you slow down and tune into your own experience, however, you unlock a whole new realm of awareness and insight.
My goal in therapy is to help you reconnect with yourself. Life can be overwhelming, and while it's natural to avoid painful experiences, hiding from our fears means missing out on life's richness and nuance. Facing difficult truths might bring up short-term pain, but it is a necessary step toward healing. Together, we will work to establish safety, and name and tolerate hard realities, allowing you to move past avoidance and appreciate the full, beautiful complexity of your life.
Addressing developmental trauma involves exploring how your previous experiences impacted you, and how they continue to impact you. We address trauma through a psycho-somatic approach- through understanding your physiological and emotional systems, we can recontexualize our current discomfort.
Feeling persistently overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected? Therapy can help you understand the roots of your feelings and identify ways to address behavioral patterns that no longer serve you.
Relationships are essential to our well-being, but often present their own set of challenges. Exploring relationship dynamics in session can help you make sense of patterns, communicate more effectively, and make decisions that more closely align with your values.
Your job likely plays a significant role in your identity and sense of purpose. Worried about how Artificial Intelligence is changing your industry? Or maybe you're trying to figure out how to find that elusive work-life balance everyone keeps talking about.
Meaninglessness, Isolation, freedom, and death. We all must confront these realities eventually.
